  stream in arbitrary ways.  (Perhaps the video recording code would use this
  too?)

- It would be a nice feature to have "transcription" support in the CC plugin.
  This could record timestamps (relative) and text from the closed captioning.

- Implement program name, network name, ratings, etc provided via CC/VTX

- XvMC?  Useful?

- DGA support

- Finalise the API for plugins
