KJSEmbed Qt-Only Mode

KJSEmbed supports a Qt-only mode that has no KDE dependency. You can build it in this mode as follows:

Checkout kjsembed as normal
cd into the kjsembed directory
Set your CVSROOT to point to the KDE CVS repository
Run ./setup_qtonly (this will build both the qt-only library and qjscmd, a KDE-free tool for running scripts)
