KWM - Window management

krootwm - Root window menu

kbgndwm - Root window pixmap

kpanel - Application launcher, taskbar, desktop switching UI

kdisplay - Broadcasts the display properties to all applications including the

core using X properties stored on the root window.

kaudio - Provides sound support by talking to the platform specific sound

API such as OSS.

Kfm - Handles network file access, provides desktop icons, manages

document types, manages IO slaves. It also provides the file manager

windows.
